  Please contact us to activate your battery once received. This also confirms delivery and warranty registration.

• First-Time Charging is Critical:

  • Always connect the charger to mains first

  • Then plug into the battery

  • Charge for at least 12 hours the first time to balance cells

  • Never charge unsupervised

• Safe Connection Tip:
  Turn off the bike’s red trip switch before connecting the battery. First, connect the original power cable, turn the switch on, then connect the secondary power lead.
